Funds for Real Estate Market Intell Firm Audience Town

Real estate consumer intelligence platform Audience Town has secured an unspecified amount of additional funding with which to continue expansion and development of its analytics platform.

Ed CareyThe company, led by founder and CEO Ed Carey (pictured) provides advanced analytics and insights specific to home buyers and renters, with in-depth consumer profiles including interests and household information, plus trends and predictions. The latter includes predicting those likely to move in the next twelve months, based on life events and whether or not the consumers themselves know it yet. Audience Town reports 530% annual growth in analytics SaaS revenue between 2022 and 2023.

The firm plans the general release of version 2 of its platform this month, offering 'deeper insights for marketing personas, campaign execution and performance measurement', all focused on the sector. Upgrades include 'full loop' attribution metrics, allowing real estate clients to connect real-world home or apartment transactions to upper-funnel marketing impressions and lead source interactions.

The additional money comes from the company's existing lead investors, Wasatch Equity Partners. Carey comments: '2024 will continue the shift toward consumer-centric real estate. For a small fraction of your marketing budget, real estate companies can finally know what channels work, which means they can sell more, at higher velocity, and for less money'.
