On Device Hires to Boost Brand Lift Portfolio

London-based brand measurement company On Device Research has appointed Gulshan Mahay in the new role of Account Director, in its commercial team in the UK.

Gulshan MahayOn Device uses advanced technical capabilities and profiled global panels to help advertisers, planners and publishers measure brand lift across media, promising to make 'every aspect of brand advertising accountable' and 'remove the uncertainty from media investment'. The company was established in 2009 by former M:Metrics execs Alistair Hill and Tim Cleminson, announced in spring 2023 that it was expanding to Australia, and last week appointed Allan Breiland in the new role of Research Director ANZ.

Mahay (pictured) brings experience across measurement, research & insight, digital, audio and print media, most recently from Nielsen where he was Client Partner EMEA. In his new role he will work with Global Head of Advertising Effectiveness Sarah Robson to integrate key solutions including Digital Brand Lift, OOH Brand Lift and recently-launched Cross Media Brand Lift, across the UK market.
