Trio of Hires for Behavioral Science Firm BEESY

New Jersey-based applied behavioral science insights agency has appointed Brian O'Hara as VP of Business Development, and Trisha Nagpal and Anushka Bhansali as Behavioral Associates.

BEESY was formed in 2018 by former Ipsos Marketing US CEO Elys Roberts, and helps biopharma and healthcare clients to understand and influence consumer decision-making and other behavior.

O'Hara joins with more than six years of experience, most recently from GLG, where he served as VP of Account Management, leading life science partnerships across biotech, pharma, medical device, diagnostics, and other health tech companies.

Nagpal brings experience as a Behavioral Science and Strategy Consultant working in financial service, technology and retail markets. She recently graduated from UPenn's Master's of Behavioral and Decision Sciences program, and founded a student-led behavioral insights team while at university pursuing her Bachelor's in Sociology. Bhansali, with a foundation in Behavioral and Decision Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania, combines skills in human-centered design and behavioral insights to tackle complex business challenges.
