Remesh Adds Import Tool

March 5 2024

New York-based Remesh has upgraded it AI-powered insights platform to allow users to upload research data collected on other platforms for analysis - including large quantities of open-ended survey feedback.

Jessica DubinRemesh, founded in 2014 by a team of ex-Googlers, academics, physicists, consultants and political operatives, combines large language models with its own semantic clustering algorithms to promise more accurate and nuanced analysis for users in research, marketing and product management roles among others. Two years ago it launched a solution called Flex, allowing the hosting of asynchronous sessions for up to 5,000 participants, with near real-time analysis.

Clients uploading data with the new import tool receive a high-level summary and can then dive into a question-by-question analysis including key themes, sentiment classification / summarization, and Remesh's own proprietary Auto Code, which promises to uncover granular insights faster.

Chief Product Officer Jessica Dubin comments: 'We built this new import feature because we heard a clear need from customers. The data import tool helps customers derive more value from existing data sets using AI and our proprietary systems. Now, researchers can analyze data faster and shift their focus to storytelling and stakeholder recommendations'.
