Fuel Cycle Adds 'Bring Your Own' Feature

April 9 2024

Santa Monica, CA-based research tech firm Fuel Cycle has enhanced its Research Engine platform with the addition of Universal Connections, a feature allowing users to run projects from within insight communities using their preferred insights tools, whether or not they are fully integrated with the platform.

Matt MacKinnonFuel Cycle offers a 'Market Research Cloud' which integrates 'human insight' with business data, and automated quant and qual research solutions to drive product innovation, brand intelligence and enhanced user experience via one centralized platform. Research Engine was launched last summer, promising brands access to any audience through dynamic insights communities and global networks.

The latest launch complements Fuel Cycle's existing suite of features which includes progressive profiling and generative AI. With Universal Connections, customers can continue to use existing solutions, whether top survey platforms or niche, specialized tools, within the community, to connect with their audience anywhere and gather insights.

The company says this reduces manual setup time, simplifies study management and allows for a wider breadth of insights, as well as improving the assignment of points based on completion status, incentivizing member participation and driving higher engagement levels.

VP of Product Matt MacKinnon says the launch 'marks a significant milestone in the evolution of insights collection', and continues: 'This groundbreaking feature empowers researchers to seamlessly guide respondents to specific destinations, enhancing engagement and providing endless possibilities for actionable insights'.
