Online data collection specialist Itracks has announced that the services of its software development team are now available to other research companies. The team that created Itracks' packages for Online Focus Groups and Bulletin Boards, and its Online Survey engine, will offer customised development to the market.

Itracks says that advances in technology and more demanding clients mean researchers need to be creative problem solvers, and require 'technology that goes beyond existing software, either by integrating different tools and methods or by creating something wholly unique'.

The service is expected to be used for highly complex, long term projects, seamless integration of methodologies and data, building and maintenance of panels and branded methodologies. It promises to 'walk researchers from problem identification to the completed solution'.
