Former Giga Chief to Lead Evans Data

Evans Data Corporation, a US agency specialising in MR among IT developers, has appointed John F. Andrews as its COO and Director. In addition to roles as CEO of several IT-based companies, private and public, Andrews is known to researchers as the former CEO of Giga Information Group, recently acquired by Forrester.

Earlier positions included CIO of CSX Corporation, and CIO and Division President at a number of GTE companies. Andrews says he has had 'the good fortune' to have worked with Evans Data closely over the last six months and finds their 'culture, customer sensitivity and growth potential' a good fit with his own ideas.
