Data Locator Offers New Way To Reach Customers

July 6 2005

Direct marketing firm Data Locator Group has launched a telephone-based 'survey' which will deliver leads for financial services companies using sponsored questions. The Money Management survey will help firms find customers while complying with new legislation that restricts their contact with consumers.

The new legislation states that financial companies cannot make direct marketing calls unless the consumer has opted to receive communications or has an existing relationship with the company. This means that companies are increasingly turning to third parties to reach the public.

Survey respondents will receive the incentive of access to financial products unavailable on the high street and the chance to win £2,000. Those financial companies who sign up will be named during the survey.

Saul Goldenstein, Data Locator's Sponsorship Director, said: 'The launch of the Money Management survey comes at a highly critical time for the financial services industry. It presents a new opening for financial companies in their marketing communications'. Richard Webster, Group Data Director, added: 'The survey presents our financial services clients with a new pathway to improving their consumer insight.'

The company is online at www.datalocator.com
