Global Insight Increases Public Sector Focus

US analysis firm Global Insight has appointed Christina Huston to the new position of Director of Business Development for its State and Local Government practice.

Huston will be responsible for client relationships with state and local government agencies throughout the US. She will also work closely with Global Insight's Economic, Business Planning Solutions, Government Consultancy, and Trade & Transportation groups.

In her former role as President of Huston Associates, she advised state and local governments on strategic planning and decision-making. She was also a founding member and director of the state and local government practice at DRI, where she worked in various business development roles over 15 years.
