Expanded MR Recruitment Practice for RPCushing

August 25 2005

UK recruitment consultant RPCushing has further expanded its MR, information and analysis practice with the addition of two new consultants, Katie Brown and Louise Murphy, and the promotion of Nazareth Tekeste. The changes are designed to keep up with increasing demand.

New consultant Brown has five years' experience as a qualitative researcher, including work for agencies Hauck, Conway Smith Rose and SPA. Brown says her new position gives her the opportunity to work with some of the most respected names in the industry, and to 'address what is fundamental to organisational growth - recruiting the right people'.

Murphy brings with her ten years' experience in customer contact centre management and operational recruitment. She believes few sectors are as specialised as market research, saying 'every employer's needs are totally unique...It's the most challenging and rewarding discipline within recruitment'.

Nazareth Tekeste, who was previously part of RPCushing's graduate recruitment scheme, has been promoted to Junior Consultant in the team. She has a background in accounting and statistics.

MD Paul Cushing says the company is 'expanding dramatically the scope and scale of our services in response to market demand'. The company's services include personality profiling to help identify the questions that employers need to ask, and training to enhance employer interview skills.

The company's web site is at www.rpcushing.co.uk . Current RPCushing ads on MrWeb can be seen at www.mrweb.com/ukads/rpc
