ORC Adds Public Sector and Employee Research Staff

UK agency ORC International has appointed Hayley Warner, formerly of MORI and edexcel, as AD in its Public Sector division, and Lindsey Alldridge, from TMP Worldwide and TNS, as an Employee Research Consultant. Stephen Hood and Mike Gray have both joined as Research Executives.

Prior to joining ORC, Warner worked for 15 months as an internal Research Manager for educational awarding body edexcel. Before that, she spent five years at MORI in their Social Research Institute and Corporate and Consumer Divisions. She is both a qual and quant expert, and has an MSc in Social Research Methods from Surrey University.

Alldridge previously worked for three years as a research consultant at recruitment advertising agency TMP Worldwide, and for two years at Taylor Nelson Sofres. She has conducted both employee and consumer research for a range of public and private sector organisations, also covering both qual and quant.

Gray is a new Research Executive in the Employee Research Division. Prior to this role, he was as a trainee Research Executive at NOP World's Business & Technology division, working on large B2B projects for major technology clients.

Hood, who joins the Public Sector team as a Research Executive, previously worked for Fordham Research, a consultancy that specialises in housing and planning for local and regional public sector clients. Prior to this, he worked in field. He has an MA in Government from the University of Manchester.
