Ipsos UK Launches New Software for Media Clients

Ipsos is working with media database specialist New Age Media Systems to provide EzTAB software for Ipsos UK's media clients, which include BARB, NRS and RAJAR. The web-based software provides easy access to viewing figures and reader numbers, and allows clients to incorporate their own data into the system.

As well as contracts with the Broadcasters' Audience Research Board (BARB), National Readership Survey (NRS), and Radio Joint Audience Research (RAJAR), Ipsos operates various syndicated media surveys across the UK and Europe, including the Business Readership Survey (BRS) series and the Digital Audience Research Tracker (DART).

The partnership represents the first foray into the European market for New Age Media, which is based in New York. Its Executive VP Steven Molkenthin says the company's success in the US 'has followed from our commitment to the highest level of customer support and service'. Jim Ford, Client Services Director for Ipsos Media, stresses the importance of using high quality technology solutions, 'given that we work with such a range of high profile media companies'.
