InsightExpress Expands Ad Measurement Team

US-based InsightExpress continues the expansion of its AdInsights online ad measurement product, with the promotion of Stephen Jepson to Senior Manager and Juliana Aloia to Manager for the East Coast. The company has also made four other promotions.

Jepson has been involved with AdInsights since its early stages. Most recently, he worked as Manager of Customer Service, West Coast Operations, at InsightExpress. Prior to joining the company, Jepson operated his own landscaping and design company. In his new role, he will be responsible for the AdInsights East and West Coast operations teams.

Aloia also has experience of AdInsights, having worked as Project Manager and Sales Representative for InsightExpress since 2002. She was previously a Marketing Manager at the Canadian National/Illinois Central Railroad in Chicago, and also worked as a Fund Development Assistant at Rotary International in Evanston.

Fern Schapiro, Executive VP of Client Services and Marketing, says the team's expansion is necessary to support the growth of the product, which has been used in more than 2.5m ad effectiveness surveys over the last two years.

Samantha Eskenazi has been promoted to Customer Service Manager, having worked at the company since 2003 - most recently as Project Manager and previously as a Customer Service Representative. In her new role, she will manage customer service teams in San Francisco and Stamford.

Jean Marie McCormick, Jon Weinstein, and Annalisa DeLena have all been promoted to Project Managers in the Customer Service team - McCormick and Weinstein on the East Coast team, and DeLena in San Francisco. The team is dedicated to guiding clients through the research process and the company's technology solutions.
