New Client Services VP for WebTrends

Web analytics company WebTrends has appointed business consulting specialist Kory Kimball as VP of client services. Kimball, who has previously worked for Arthur Andersen and Deloitte, will focus on building the company's Business Analyst consulting services, as well as overseeing professional services and technical support.

Kimball has more than ten years' experience in senior business and technology consulting roles, where he has worked to identify needs and implement new processes and technology solutions. He has experience in a wide range of technologies, including web analytics, business intelligence, customer relationship management (CRM), enterprise resource planning (ERP), and content management systems (CMS).

Greg Drew, CEO and President of WebTrends, states that Kimball has 'deeply relevant and proven business and technical expertise,' along with an 'intimate knowledge of the ways in which companies gain advantage through the use of web analytics'.
