December 9 2005

Knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) firm exëvo, which offers support to MR businesses via delivery facilities in New Delhi, has announced partnerships with a number of management institutions in the Indian capital. The deal is aimed at offering training and education to employees as well as hiring the institutions' top talent.

The institutions, which exëvo says are reputed among the best in the industry for mathematics, analytical and technology education, are The Fore School of Management at Delhi University; the Indian Institute of Planning and Management; and Bharati Vidypeeth College of Engineering. Business and technical skills training programs will be designed specifically for exëvo employees.

President and CEO Manish Modi says the company aims to provide all its employees with 'a fast-track career path, thereby fuelling their growth in the company and providing them an opportunity to flourish'. He adds: 'Strong analytical skills along with business and statistical intelligence are vital to our business, and we plan to invest heavily in training and guiding our talent pool, to create a best-in-breed knowledge centre that caters to the international market'.

exëvo was founded in 2002 and is headquartered in New York, with offices in London, and delivery facilities in New Delhi. It is privately owned and currently services two dozen clients across North America, Europe and Asia. The firm's web site is at www.exevo.com.
