FIND/SVP Announces Change to Board

Custom business research firm FIND/SVP has announced the resignation of Martin Franklin from its Board of Directors. Franklin will retain his significant equity position in the company.

Franklin, who serves on the board of directors of four publicly-traded companies, decided to resign from FIND/SVP in order to comply with the guidelines of Institutional Shareholder Services.

A statement from the company says that Franklin's resignation is not related to any disagreement with the company, or any changed confidence in its prospects, and that he fully intends to continue to provide advice and assistance to the board in his capacity as a major shareholder.
