Senior Management Shake-Up at TVG

January 20 2006

US pharmaceutical specialist TVG Marketing Research & Consulting has announced a new senior management team, led by President Shelli Field. The new team includes Karen Fender, Senior VP for Research Excellence and leader of the firm's Marketing Research group.

Fender has worked in pharmaceutical marketing and market research for the past 20 years. Immediately prior to joining TVG, she was VP of P/S/L Research, where she worked with their Portfolio Marketing and Development Group. Prior to that she headed a Strategic Consulting Team at TargetRx. In both roles, she designed and managed custom and syndicated studies for pharma company clients.

The other team members are Tim Edbrooke, Senior VP, Strategic Account Management & Marketing, and Karen LeSieur, Senior VP, Strategic Marketing & Development.

Edbrooke joins TVG from GfK Market Measures (formerly part of NOP World Health), where he was Head of Business Development. Prior to GfK, he was VP for Business Development at Quintiles, where he was responsible for several pharma clients.

LeSieur joined TVG in 2001. In her new role, she will provide clients with marketing, strategic consulting, and professional development services. She is also responsible for the TVG Marketing Seminar Series.

Field says that all three are 'highly skilled in their individual areas of expertise', adding that the team will focus on 'aggressively expanding our portfolio of services, while creating new levels of customer satisfaction'.

TVG provides customised consulting and marketing research to pharmaceutical clients, as well as providing a series of live and web-based pharmaceutical marketing training seminars. The company is online at www.tvg-inc.com
