Ipsos MORI Expands Retail & Leisure Team

The UK's Ipsos MORI has appointed Susanne Goller as Director in its Retail and Leisure division. She will manage a team of ten and help expand the division's business.

Goller was previously Insight Manager at Geronimo Consulting, where she oversaw brand and category planning for the company's biggest FMCG client. She was also in charge of all UK ad-hoc research. In her new role, she is tasked with expanding the growing division's client base.

The Retail and Leisure division currently works with many UK retailers, offering a range of bespoke research methodologies across sectors such as grocery, DIY, leisure, FMCG, food service, property development, and entertainment.

Goller will report to Sharon Hodgson, Deputy MD of Ipsos MORI's Insight Division. Speaking of the appointment, Hodgson said: 'Susanne's considerable experience in both research and marketing consultancy enables her to interpret research information from the client's perspective, and this added insight will be invaluable in building on our successes.'
