Omniture European Launch

On-demand web analytics firm Omniture has opened its first European offices in London and Paris, and hired Neil Weston to head up its European operations as VP and General Manager EMEA. Neil Morgan (VP Marketing EMEA), Georges Anidjar (GM, France) and Wolfgang Allisat (Director of Sales, EMEA) complete the new senior team.

Weston joins from Siebel Systems, where he was Senior VP EMEA. Morgan, who will be based in the UK, is also ex-Siebel, while Anidjar worked previously for Epiphany and Allisat joins from Visual Sciences.

The company already has an impressive list of UK, Irish and French clients including Aer Lingus, BT, John Lewis, Microsoft UK, Royal Mail, Thomas Cook, eBay and Voyages-sncf.com.

Omniture's software, which it hosts and delivers to its customers on-demand, enables customers to capture, store and analyse information generated by their web sites and other sources. It includes the web analytics solution SiteCatalyst®, which tracks paths taken through sites and drop-out rates, and helps improve profitability.
