Penny Changes Back to RPC

May 22 2006

Sarah Penny, who left UK MR staffing specialist RPCushing Recruitment nine months ago, has rejoined in the role of Team Manager for the expanding Market Research division.

Penny, who has seven years' recruitment experience, is the second RPCushing Recruitment team member to leave and re-join the company in the past year, leading colleagues to joke of the formation of a 'boomerang club'. In the interval she worked at another London-based recruitment consultancy.

Managing Director, Paul Cushing, comments: 'Sarah is an exceptional talent and we, together with many of our clients, are very pleased to welcome her back to the team. Her decision to come back has not only strengthened our position within the market, but is also testament to the strong culture that we're building here at RPCushing Recruitment, which aims to encourage staff retention and loyalty.'

The agency includes standalone teams responsible specifically for recruitment in the Information and Analysis, Field, Data Processing and Operations arenas, as well as the core MR team. The firm also launched two new specialist divisions in 2005 - Marketing and Communications, and Design & Creative Services - to focus on client-side and agency opportunities.
