Kantar and Synovate Units Rename and Rebrand

The Operations Centre, Kantar's combined ops service organisation for its various research companies, has changed its name to Kantar Operations with immediate effect. Meanwhile Fieldwork International, the field division of the Synovate Healthcare, has unveiled a complete global re-brand.

At present, the Operations Centre operates out of 20 sites across the UK and North America and serves companies including Added Value, BMRB, BPRI, Millward Brown and Research International.

Worldwide CEO Sharon Potter comments, 'We now have a name that that can travel with us and work in a variety of markets. Our new name not only reflects Kantar's credentials as a world-class organisation, but also reinforces to our teams that clients rightly expect the best in terms of capabilities and service levels. Fieldwork International says its rebrand 'reflects the ongoing innovation of its offering in order to meet the ever-changing needs of its clients.'
