Partnership to Provide Rich Multimedia Surveys

Rich media presentations specialist Brainshark, Inc. has announced a tie-in with online survey firm Zoomerang to deliver voice-enabled, feature-rich surveys. 'Brainshark Express for Zoomerang' promises users the ability to easily embed a survey within a presentation or online course.

The two companies will jointly market the solution, which aside from having one of the whackiest names in MR, will give Brainshark users with a Zoomerang account the ability to create fast, voice-enriched presentations including Zoomerang advanced survey capabilities. Clients can add context, examples and demonstrations to survey questions, enhancing response rates by emphasizing relevance and 'adding a personal touch'.

'Extending Brainshark's capability to include voice-enabled surveys is a great fit' comments Zoomerang General Manager Dana Meade. 'By adding Zoomerang's survey capability to Brainshark's on-demand presentations, we can jointly deliver a richer experience allowing for real-time customer and participant feedback.'
