CATI fieldwork provider Global Data Collection Company (GDCC), is expanding its CATI facility in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, from 105 to to 150 seats. The company expects to take on at least six new permanent staff to support the growth, which it says is due to increasing demand for international CATI fieldwork into the EMEA markets, mainly b2b.
The expansion will take place within the company's current location. GDCC says it will maintain client service standards with the larger unit by adding more staff: as well as three new people in the DP department and project management functions, there will be hires for the call centre, a new manager of operations and 2 project co-ordinators.
The facility uses only true native speakers and currently services 68 clients, all full-service MR firms ranging from Honomichl top 10 agencies to small firms. It is online at www.gdcc.com .
