Perseus / WebSurveyor Boost Management Team

Following the announcement of their merger on July 19th, MR software firms Perseus Development Corporation and WebSurveyor last week appointed several key executives to their management team. Andrew Keenan is the new CFO, George Kanuck Senior VP of Sales, and Su Doyle Chief Marketing Officer.

The new arrivals will initially help the companies to integrate their resources, products, and services. The companies also announced new positions and titles for existing leaders.

Keenan has more than 20 years' experience of managing financial operations in high growth environments including the completion of five successful IPOs and over 25 acquisitions. Most recently, he was CFO at spend management specialist Silver Oak Solutions, Inc., helping with its successful sale to CGI Group, Inc.

Doyle will lead the firm's global marketing and product strategy. Her 20-year career as a technology entrepreneur and product strategist includes work on two high profile and successful IPOs, Lycos and Engage. Previous positions also include work at Lexign and AdSmart. Most recently, she co-founded Providus Software Solutions, one of the first companies to develop enterprise-wide survey systems for risk assessment and regulatory compliance.

Kanuck has 15 years of sales experience and has a track record launching complex sales and distribution models. He has spent the last decade at Dun & Bradstreet/Hoover's Inc., most recently as Vice President of Strategic Accounts and Channels.

In addition, the company announced that the founders of Perseus and WebSurveyor have been appointed to key positions within the management team under the leadership of Dean Wiltse, CEO. David Alison, co-founder and former CTO of WebSurveyor, was named CTO, leading development for the company's full line of Enterprise Feedback Management solutions, tools and products; while Jeffrey Henning, co-founder and former CTO, COO of Perseus, will become COO and Senior Vice President, responsible for overseeing research services, training and support; and Rich Nadler, co-founder and former President of Perseus, will become Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, overseeing the Company's partnerships, alliances and corporate development initiatives.

Another key WebSurveyor exec, its former VP Survey Tools Jeff Beardsley, will become General Manager, Survey Tools Group, guiding operations, customer care and delivery for the online tools division.
