Promotion for Healthcare Specialist

Insight Associates, part of Insight Research Group, has promoted Samantha Hamilton-Stent to the post of Research Director. She joined the company in 2001 after working at Sanofi Synthelabo as a field representative in both Primary and Secondary care.

A qualified practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hamilton-Stent has worked in a variety of roles in the UK health industry over fourteen years. She qualified as a general nurse in 1995, then after graduation in 1998 worked as an Addiction Therapist in both Leeds and London gaining qualifications in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Motivational Enhancement Interviewing. She has also worked for German healthcare company Hartmann Ltd. marketing a variety of healthcare products to the NHS.

Her healthcare research experience focuses in particular on sales force effectiveness and sales campaign evaluation research.
