New Leader for TNS Ad and Brands Division

November 20 2006

TNS has promoted Jeni Lee Chapman to the role of Executive VP of North American Custom Research business in its Advertising and Brand Performance Division (ABP).

Chapman, 39, will manage the day-to-day operations of ABP. She joined Ross-Cooper-Lund in Teaneck, NJ, in 1998 after six years at Demoscopia in Madrid, Spain. Ross-Cooper-Lund was then acquired by TNS and evolved into its Advertising and Brand Performance Division (ABP). Chapman has worked as ABP's International Research Champion for North America and Global Key Account Director for a leading IT brand, and most recently as Senior Vice President, supporting the TNS practices in the Financial Services, IT, Telecoms and Travel sectors. She is a graduate of Syracuse University, with a bachelor's degree in international relations (Maxwell School) and Spanish.

Kimberly Till, recently appointed as President of TNS North America with the role of driving the region back to profitable growth, praises Chapman's 'ability to build relationships across our business sectors and practice areas' and adds: 'In her new role, Jeni will have an even greater opportunity to share her deep market research insights with our clients and provide exceptional leadership to the entire ABP team.'
