COO for IT Management Researcher

In the US, Enterprise Management Associates (EMA) has promoted Dan Twing to COO, with responsibility for MR development and execution as well as consulting and product development. EMA is a specialist in research and consulting in the area of IT management.

Twing joined EMA last year as VP of Research and Client Services, with more than 20 years of experience in information systems, software development and technology outsourcing, and has since helped spearhead the launch of the firm's consulting services as well as its online resource, the IT Management Solutions Center. Prior to joining EMA, he was COO and then President and CEO of NETdelivery, a developer of secure electronic data collection, delivery and management software.
