Another Blooming Appointment for TNS

TNS has further boosted its North America Custom management team under Kimberly Till with the appointment of Enzo Micali as Chief Information Officer. Micali previously held the same role at 1-800-FLOWERS.COM.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, Micali will be charged with heading the firm's attempts to become 'the Market Research Firm of the Future', setting its technology direction and integrating services across North America.

He served as CIO/Senior Vice President for 1-800-FLOWERS.COM from 2000 through 2006, where he was responsible for overseeing all technology plans and programs for the online retailer and its eight subsidiaries. He was previously CTO for b2b software provider Inslogic, and has worked at Chase Manhattan Bank, PwC Consulting, Deloitte & Touche, and Chemical Bank.

His many awards include ComputerWorld's Premier 100 IT Leader Award (2005), CIO Magazine's Top 100 CIO Award (2005) and InformationWeek's Leading User of Technology Award (2004).
