Harding to Advise Outsourcing Firm

Jon Harding, a former President of TNS US Client Services, is to work with Indian MR outsourcing firm Annik Technology Services Pvt. Ltd as a Chief Strategist, providing guidance, training and strategic input to Annik's sales and operations teams.

CMO Vineet Malhotra says Harding will guide the teams in developing new accounts and enhancing its client support structure.

Harding has more than 20 years' experience of managing and growing large client relationships in the US. He was President and COO of NFO Research, and subsequently President of NFO USA, the US division of NFO WorldGroup, prior to its acquisition by TNS.

Established in 2000, Annik provides MR support, data analysis, data management and programming support to clients around the world, and has ISO 27001 certification.
