|
Arbitron has named Jeanette Schaller as the first Customer Service Representative (CSR) for its National Radio Services team, which provides listening information on radio networks, radio syndicators, public radio and satellite radio.
Schaller will be based in New York and will serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, provide rep firm support, billing and contract support, marketing and communications support and supplemental training and educational demonstrations to agency clients.
She worked previously as a national sales coordinator for Interep/Chicago’s Cumulus Major Market Sales division; in the promotions department for Chicago’s WGN Radio; and was Director of Special Services for The San Jose Group, a Chicago-based Hispanic advertising agency.
