Jupiter Boosts Analyst Team

Internet and technology-focused provider JupiterResearch has hired three industry veterans as analysts. Kevin Heisler, Neil Strother and Doug Williams will cover search marketing, mobile marketing & media and broadband.

Heisler works on search marketing and online advertising, including trends and business models, consumer behaviour and direct response tactics. He joins from Proof Theory, his own online ad and search marketing consulting firm, and was previously VP of Strategic Accounts for 360i in New York and Atlanta, and a business development leader at Did-it.com .

Strother focuses on mobile marketing and media, and has extensive experience in wireless research. He worked previously as Research Director for mobile devices, content and services for NPD Group, and before that at analyst In-Stat.

Williams focuses on broadband access and telecommunications markets, especially the acquisition and retention of customers for standalone or bundled services. Like Heisler his last career move was to found his own consultancy - DSW Consulting specialised in regulation, economics and public policy in the telecoms market. Previously he was VP and Partner at Boston-based Economics and Technology, Inc.
