Research Process Outsourcing specialist Pulse Group has acquired a new facility close to the Petronas Towers in downtown Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The building is expected to house a state-of-the-art CATI centre and an additional 30 research professionals.
Pulse, which will maintain its operations team in its Cyberjaya office, says the new premises will act as ‘a true talent-magnet, being in the heart of the city’. CEO Bob Chua says the facility is designed to give the firm’s global clientele support for ‘the full-range of multi-processes, geographies, and language services’.
