ToLuna Rising in the East

Online panel firm Toluna has announced the launch of a research-only Russian panel community, currently at 50,000 active members.

The firm says the panel has been built by the same group responsible for its eighteen European and Asian communities and a number of custom client panels, and comes in response to client demands for single-source sample supplies for eastern European studies.

Members are encouraged to continually update their profiles across key topic areas, following ToLuna's drive for 'deep' panellist portraits and its creation of sixteen market specific specialist sub-panels.

CEO Frederic-Charles Petit comments: 'This expansion is inline with our strategy of continuing focusing on developing the best European online panel. For some time we have been fostering this panel, stimulating it and ensuring it meets our rigorous quality and panel health key performance indicator testing.'
