Double Hire for ISA

US data collection specialist, Interviewing Service of America (ISA), has appointed Jennifer Holland and Jennifer Burlington as Account Executives, to assist with sales growth and data collection and processing services.

For the past 14 years, Holland worked at inbound and outbound teleservices MR firm, Colwell and Salmon Communications; initially as an interviewer, and latterly rising to the rank of VP of Global Market Research Development. At ISA she will focus on selling the firm's multicultural and international data collection services. Holland has a degree from SUNY, Buffalo and is an active member of both the MRA and AMA.

Burlington joins the Qualitative Insights and Field By Design divisions of ISA. Before joining the company, she spent 8 years at TDA Research as a Senior Sales Executive in charge of business development and client management. She is also a member of the MRA.

ISA was founded in 1982 and is headquartered in Los Angeles, with additional offices in Chicago, New York, Dallas, Seattle, Washington and Phoenix. The firm conducts B2B and B2C CATI, online surveys, multicultural data collection in 65 languages, and qualitative focus groups, and data processing, tabulation and coding.
