Database Solutions Launches eCRM Survey Software

Canadian CRM company Database Solutions has launched a new online survey management tool called eCRM Survey, to measure customer satisfaction levels or employee feedback.

The firm's insurance and financial services customers were invited to beta test the new product to provide input into its design. The resulting package is now available for companies wanting to produce online surveys, collect data and analyse results.

Jason Wong, CEO of Database Solutions, stated: 'We are very excited about this launch. This represents another successful product to join our growing line of Database Solutions offerings.'

eCRM Survey is part of the company's suite of web-based application services which also includes its Agent Intelligence proprietary browser-based software. The latter provides client tracking and client marketing/selling strategies for the insurance market.
