Toluna Ready with Chinese Panel

Euroean-based online panel provider Toluna has announced the launch of its 15,000 strong Chinese panel community.

The move is part of what the firm describes as its 'push to build a global panel platform', and follows the launch of its Brazilian panel earlier in the month (www.mrweb.com/drno/news6795.htm ). Other recent additions to the company's panel portfolio include Australia, Russia and Mexico.

Frederic Charles Petit, CEO Toluna, explains the launch as 'part of our strategy to help our clients enjoy global access to our communities.'

Toluna's community model is being rolled out across all its panels, with members having access to discussion forums, product tests, opinion ratings, and product comparisons. The firm now has 16 panels and also offers AutomateSurvey, a scalable hosted technology platform that enables researchers to build, manage and run their own online panels and surveys.
