Rate Your Research Suppliers – MRA Launches Review Service

US professional body MRA (Marketing Research Association) has launched an online rating system, the Exchange Evaluation Program (EEP), allowing researchers and client companies to rate their experiences with suppliers, products and services.

The peer-to-peer review system allows ratings on factors including payment history; compliance with payment terms; ease of contact and communication; clarity and detail of communications and instructions; accuracy of job order specifications; and overall professional conduct.

'Marketing Research Association is proud to be the only organization that provides the EEP service to members of the opinion and marketing research profession' comments MRA Executive Director Larry Brownell. 'This program will provide an invaluable service to those companies, whether buyers or sellers, to make sound business decisions. EEP allows companies to have confidence in their next business partner.'
