Nielsen Improves Reporting Capability

Nielsen has launched a marketplace intelligence reporting service called Enterprise Reporting, available through the Nielsen Answers web-based portal.

The new solution provides instant access to selected consumer and market information and draws on a full range of Nielsen data sources. Multiple reporting options can be tapped into by staff throughout an organisation, including:

  • Dynamic Reporting – web access to information that is automatically updated
  • Managed Reporting – a Nielsen-hosted solution for creating, updating and publishing reports on client-defined cycles
  • Collaborative Reporting – an enhanced capability to share standard reports and content across an organisation.
Russell Evans, VP Marketing, Nielsen Business Technology Solutions explained that the system allows clients to provide their teams with reports that meet business needs and are consistent across different locations, customers and product lines. He added: 'In this reporting solution, everyone is working from the same data sources, and everyone can easily find what they need to answer questions, collaborate with other team members and fulfill their assignments.'
