Three Senior Hires for Synovate India

In Mumbai, Synovate has appointed Mulraj Gala as Finance Head, Sanskrati Sail as Head of HR and re-hired Pranay Dankedar as Senior Project Director in its quant research division.

Dankedar has re-joined the firm a year after moving to business process outsourcing firm WNS Global Services, and described the return as a 'home coming'. In his new role he will primarily be responsible for FMCG sector research.

Gala was previously Director of Finance at ACNielsen ORG-MARG. He is an alumnus of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has a decade's work experience with leading organisations, including the IDBI Bank.

Synovate India MD, Alok Shanker, said of the appointment: 'Synovate India has doubled its turnover in two years; Gala's foremost task is to ensure that we achieve our global targets with a keen eye on the profitability of the company.'

Sail has more than seven years' HR experience working in a number of manufacturing and service sector companies. She is an alumnus of Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
