Bellomy Forms Customer Loyalty Division, Makes Two Senior Hires

In the US, Bellomy Research (BRI) has launched a new Customer Loyalty Division and appointed Karin Ferenz to lead it in the role of VP Customer Loyalty Management. Sekxanh Chanthaboury also joins the firm as Marketing Sciences Analyst.

Karin Ferenz and Sekxanh ChanthabouryFormerly VP Customer Loyalty Management with Harris Interactive, Ferenz joins the firm with more than 20 years' customer lifecycle research and analysis experience. She holds an MBA in Marketing Research.

Reporting to President, Scott Layne, Ferenz will head client services and market development initiatives for the new division, while her team will focus on providing custom research solutions to a growing base of clients.

Layne comments: 'Karin's expertise, knowledge and commitment are an ideal fit as BRI continues to grow. She will play a key role in the growth of our new Customer Loyalty Division and Chicago based operations.'

Chanthaboury worked as a Strategic Business Analyst with data analysis firm Targetbase, and holds a BA in Economics from the University of North Carolina. In his new role he will be responsible for the firm's analytics and modeling and report into Senior Manager - Marketing Sciences, Jim Harper.

Harper said: 'Sekxanh is a key addition to our group. His experience enriches the overall knowledge base of our department, ensuring the best research solutions are brought to bear on our clients' business challenges.'
