Ad Council Promotes Foleno to Senior VP Research

In New York City, the Advertising Council has promoted Anthony Foleno to Senior VP Research, charged with overseeing the research team and evaluating the impact that new campaigns have on the organisation's profile.

Anthony FolenoFoleno joined the Council in 2002 to improve the strategic and evaluation research conducted on behalf of its campaign sponsors. He has also conducted in-depth analyses to advance best practices across Ad Council programs.

Prior to joining, he was a Senior Research Associate at public opinion polling firm Public Agenda. Foleno is a member of the American Association of Public Opinion Research, and the American Sociological Association. He is also co-author of a published book based on the results of a nationwide survey on educational reform.

The Ad Council is a private, non-profit organisation with a 60-year history of producing public service advertisements through a team of volunteers from the advertising and media industries. The organisation is on the web at www.adcouncil.org.
