Synovate Names MarketQuest CEO

In Chicago, Synovate has announced the promotion of Mary Beth Lake to CEO of its specialist product design and development division MarketQuest.

Mary Beth LakeFormerly known as MVP - Market Value Potential (www.mrweb.com/drno/news6861.htm ), the division takes clients through the product development process from initial concept development to pricing, packaging and ongoing performance monitoring. It also allows them to explore a variety of business scenarios and see their immediate impact - in real-time.

Lake had previously been Senior VP and Global Director of the division since 2005, during which time she was responsible for introducing new statistical approaches and integrating the business globally. She began her career at Synovate eight years ago as Senior Study Director with a 20 year background in product evaluation research.

Prior roles have included working for a major consumer packaged goods food company, where she managed multiple consumer and sensory research projects.
