Healthcare Researcher Relaunches

August 10 2007

Another new healthcare research company... but this one is the result of a rebranding. US-based SatisQuest LLC has a new name, SQ Strategies; a new look; and an expanded range of services.

SatisQuest, located in Atlanta, Georgia, was founded in 1994 as part of Phoenix Health Care Management Services, Inc., and offered scientifically advanced and accurate patient, physician and employee research and consulting services to hospitals and health systems. The newly named firm, still part of Phoenix, has two main products. Customer Loyalty Management Services measure and track client performance and stakeholder satisfaction and commitment; while Market Solutions Services use advanced statistical, predictive modeling and branded forecasting techniques to enhance clients' business more generally.

SQS President Harry McCord says the new branding positions the company for significant future growth: 'SQS is now a full service market research advisory firm offering its services to health industry institutions of all sizes.' McCord's past credits in a 25-year career in the sector include time as President of healthcare practices at The Gallup Organization, Opinion Research Company, Total Research and Harris Interactive.

SQS Board Chairman Larry Enelheim comments, 'Harry McCord has assembled a top notch team of health care and market research experts to provide clients with unparalleled depth of insight and out-of-the-box transformational thinking.'

The firm's web site at www.sqstrategies.com is also new and much changed.
