Global PR Leader for TNS

TNS has promoted Stuart Ridsdale to Head of Global PR, just nine months after he joined the company in an international PR role.

Reporting to Francis Eames, TNS Group Marketing Director, Ridsdale will help create and oversee TNS's key international PR projects and help co-ordinate external PR agency relationships in key countries and regions. He will also work alongside the firm's Investor Relations and Internal Communications teams.

Ridsdale has worked in PR and communications for more than 20 years and has experience in both the UK and Asia. He began his career with Paragon in London, then moved to Hong Kong where he was a founding director of corporate and financial PR consultancy Ludgate Asia, later part of Interpublic. He then became Corporate Communications Manager (Asia Pacific) for travel automation company Galileo.

Eames says Ridsdale's appointment comes at 'an exciting time' for the company and adds: 'Our PR activity is increasing in scope and scale around the world, with recruitment now underway to strengthen the team in London with an additional experienced PR manager to help build our international PR presence.'
