Toluna Debuts Upgraded PanelPortal

Online specialist Toluna has launched the latest version of its online panel community management solution, PanelPortal, which 'for the first time' offers marketing and MR professionals 'an end to end online data collection solution'.

The product gives clients the ability to build their own web portal, manage an online panel, survey respondents and create VIP community areas for topic based discussion forums. The latest version includes features suggested by current user feedback, including innovations designed to improve the user experience and make the day to day management of an online panel less labour intensive. Says CEO Frederic-Charles Petit: 'This latest version of PanelPortal is the result of seven years at the forefront of managing global online panel communities.
