Synovate Boosts Global Qual Team

Synovate has announced three key promotions to leadership positions in its Global Qualitative function. Steve Hales becomes Head of Clients; Sue Phillips Training and Development Director; and Steve Wolf, Commercial Director.

Hales will manage a team of global insight directors who will build relationships with key qual clients. He is currently Head of Research in the UK.

Phillips is tasked with applying best practices in project management, field, moderation, analysis, interpretation and presentation. Currently based in Singapore, Phillips has also worked in the UK and Hong Kong during her 23 years as a qualitative researcher.

Wolf will drive the commercial performance of the qual offer while continuing to lead the group's North American qual business from New York, as he has done for the past nine years.
