JRA Research Expands in the UK

November 22 2007

Nottingham-headquartered JRA Research has opened a London office and re-located its telephone centre to new premises in Radford, Nottingham, in a move which the firm says provides a 'blank canvas' on which to design an improved working environment for its growing number of interviewers.

The new London office is situated in Clerkenwell Road, EC1 and has been established to help improve service for existing clients based in and around London. It is staffed by former NOP Director Simon Cheshire ( www.mrweb.com/drno/news4403.htm ) and Kirsty Yeomans who joined the firm two years ago after graduating from Royal Holloway, University of London with a First Class Honours degree in History.

After more than 10 years at its previous location, the firm has also moved its call centre, and upgraded it with a 45-line CATI facility.

Telephone Centre Manager Paul Sutton said that the firm has undergone a radical transformation in recent times and as a result, staff and partners required a modernised business environment.

MD Paul Summers said that the new premises will help the firm create a market research 'centre of excellence', and added: 'This technology is not just about improving our existing offering, it will also enable us to roll out an increased range of services over the coming months.'

JRA was established in 1978 and currently employs a team of 20 research professionals. Website is www.jraresearch.com.
