US branding agency Carmichael Lynch has promoted Corey Johnson to the new position of Director of Consumer Engagement.
Johnson joined the firm in 2002 as Media Director in charge of a 20-person department. In his new role, he will be responsible for the strategic use of all consumer 'touchpoints' - including media, online and one-to-one marketing - which encourage consumers to engage with brand messages.
After graduating from the University of Nebraska, Johnson worked at Young and Rubicon subsidiary CMF&Z as a Media Planner, and then moved on to drive media strategy at Bozell Kamstra. He currently serves on the board of the American Association of Advertising Agencies (AAAA) Minneapolis chapter.
Interpublic owned Carmichael Lynch is online at www.carmichaellynch.com.
