Transport Intelligence Opens Research Centre in India

UK-headquartered firm Transport Intelligence (Ti), which provides research and analysis for the European logistics market, has set up Ti India in Mumbai, to develop a range of industry reports and offer customer-specific MR capabilities in the region.

The new division will be headed by Prakash Raghavan, who has a background of more than 30 years in publishing research, gained both in India and the Middle East. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for DVV Gruppe in Hamburg where he examined issues and trends in the Indian logistics markets.

Ti CEO John Manners-Bell commented on the opening of the new office: 'As well as China and now India, we have recently developed our capabilities in Russia and Eastern Europe, and in the Middle East. This is essential to providing our customers with a consistent level of insightful market intelligence worldwide.'
