Senior European Hire for SSI

Survey Sampling International (SSI) has appointed Marjon de Bruin as Director of European Client Services and Delivery, reporting to Suresh Subbiah, Vice President of Global Client Services and Delivery.

As part of the firm's worldwide Client Services and Delivery team, de Bruin's European team of more than 60 people will focus on streamlining operational processes across the globe. Based at SSI's European headquarters in Rotterdam, she will manage the operations teams in each of the company's six country offices.

de Bruin joined the company around five years ago as Manager of Operations, before progressing to Director of Quality Assurance. She began her career with five years at Blauw Research, then joined Dutch panel provider Bloomerce, which was later acquired by SSI. She holds a degree in Business Administration from the Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam.

Subbiah comments: 'I am excited about Marjon's new role and confident that her extensive experience in managing our local operations will help us significantly meet our ambitious growth plans for 2008 and beyond.'

SSI provides sampling solutions and other services for more than 1,800 marketing research clients, and employs 335 people representing 49 countries and 35 languages.
